if anybody ever got locked for tbagging they should litterally be able to sue for it cause thats wrongful as hell to even do that for. who doesnt tbag on games since halo became a thing years ago.
Any kind of harassment is against the ToS and is a bannable offence. I have seen people get suspended for Stalking/Harassing a particular player, and some of it was due to excessive tbagging. Taken too far, it is against the ToS.

nope its not the people who have had that happen hunt the people on purpose(as if your sitting there getting tbagged thats your fault at that point). when you die your bound to be miles away from where you died unless your part of a zerg throwing yourself at something. if the same person is killing you and tbagging you and your always being found by them then you can report them for it. but tbagging is not and never has been a bannable offense.

Cant give you any details as that is also against the ToS, but the instance I am referring to did not happen in cyro. It was harassment and the person was suspended for quite some time. I cant say more. Just know that you are wrong on this. Perhaps you should read the ToS. Most people have no idea what it says.

Buddy, it's against the code of conduct and ToS to harass other players in this game, and teabagging is a disrespectful action taken, by your very own words, to anger and humiliate your opponent. It's poor form, poor sportsmanship, and indicative of what kind of person you really are when nobody can see your face.
ZOS can ban anybody they want, at any time, without the risk of legal ramifications or retaliation. That's something you also agree to in the ToS when you launch the game for the first time, and it is not revocable from your side of the agreement.
Furthermore, claiming that teabagging is analogous to a tradition from older games such as Halo, and inferring that that makes it right is, in itself, a fallacy that drives a lot of people down self destructive and isolated roads, generally through their own ignorance. Tradition, as this is practically, is no excuse for behavior, good or bad, under society's standards. It simply gives people the ill-conceived notion that they are always in the right with their actions, and lifts the burden of critical thinking off of their shoulders.
Until you can factually disprove these statements, any further input by you isn't going to help your case.

This is the most likely scenario.
Though its somewhat odd, usually an account suspension occurs until the investigation has concluded or if its not a "serious" offence they leave the account open until a verdict is given. At least thats how its been in the past.

ah but heres the thing that your missing and let me educate you because what he said proved me 100% right. he said it wasnt in pvp land guess what that means this person was following them around wayshrine to wayshrine area to area that right there can get you banned if you do it to long. tbagging not so much as its practically a esports hilarity reel thing to see a person tbag somebody. its not bannable or even trolling if it was it wouldnt be recognized as funny across all games by so many players. so no you cant be banned and will never be banned for tbagging someone if they try it sue them easy win. its been around since halo and nobodies ever been banned for tbagging a kill so put the blame on something else that mightve legitly got his characters locked.

if anybody ever got locked for tbagging they should litterally be able to sue for it cause thats wrongful as hell to even do that for. who doesnt tbag on games since halo became a thing years ago.
Most people have no idea what it says.
i aint wrong. and you just practically proved it as at that point the person is following them from place to place which is why they got it not because they tbagged anyone.
Until you can factually disprove these statements, any further input by you isn't going to help your case.
ah but heres the thing that your missing and let me educate you because what he said proved me 100% right. he said it wasnt in pvp land guess what that means this person was following them around wayshrine to wayshrine area to area that right there can get you banned if you do it to long. tbagging not so much as its practically a esports hilarity reel thing to see a person tbag somebody. its not bannable or even trolling if it was it wouldnt be recognized as funny across all games by so many players. so no you cant be banned and will never be banned for tbagging someone if they try it sue them easy win. its been around since halo and nobodies ever been banned for tbagging a kill so put the blame on something else that mightve legitly got his characters locked.

Go ahead and explain how it's supposed to make people mad without being disrespectful. And you still haven't touched on the fact that your account can be terminated at any time with no legal recourse available to you, per the TOS.

if anybody ever got locked for tbagging they should litterally be able to sue for it cause thats wrongful as hell to even do that for. who doesnt tbag on games since halo became a thing years ago.
Most people have no idea what it says.
i aint wrong. and you just practically proved it as at that point the person is following them from place to place which is why they got it not because they tbagged anyone.

No, it doesnt mean that at all and is not the case. You just assume too much to even talk to.

tbagging isnt a bannable offense if they did ban over that thatd bring some major reprecussions on them for wrongful banning.
