Befouled enchant (disease damage) applies Major Defile ???

I was just setting up AuraMastery addon, putting there aura IDs etc. I was tracking IDs by CombatMetrcis addon.
My 2H sword with Befouled enchant always apply Major Defile around 4s long with ID 21927.
Then i tried SB skill Reverberating bash to apply "original" Major Defile. It was 10s long with ID 38838.
So those 2 are both named Major Defile (different IDs, probably because of different duration and application way).

Since i play ESO, i though that disease enchat applies Minor Defile and i always tried to stack it with Major Defile (for example Reverberating Bash).
It seems enchant apply Major Defile but just shorter. Sorry, i do not read every changelog, i just want you to confirm that enchant applies Major Defile and its not only some Debuff name bug. Thanks.

Nope. This was changed long time ago. The reason you see 4 seconds is because Disease damage can proc Diseased Status Effect, which lasts 4 seconds and applies Major Defile. So my guess is the 21927 is for Diseased Status effect, not for Major Defile. This is just a guess though, I might be wrong on the last part about the IDs.

It’s noteworthy Argonians and Bosmers are immune to the status effect and hence you can never proc major Defile from the glyph on them.

The jewelry enchants also apply protection against the status effect. An Argonian tank with Fire, Frost, and Shock jewelry defense glyphs would never be subject to status effects from elemental, poison, or befouled attacks. (Mind you this only applies to status effects from elemental, poison, and befouled attacks. Not skills or armor e.g. Reverberating Bash and Fasalla's Guile)

Major defile. Minor defile comes from sets like Fasalla and Thorvukun, and poisons.

So when running Affliction armor, which procs disease damage, what is the % chance that the disease damage will cause major defile? Is that still 20% chance?

So the Afflicted armor has a 25% chance to do disease damage, which in turn would have a 20% chance to proc Major Defile?

Just trying to understand how this works....

Only weapon glyphs have 20% chance. Single target attacks (like afflicted armor) have 10%

    Ok, thanks.

And a correction for me, Affliction armor has a 50% chance to proc disease damage, which in turn would have a 10% chance to proc the Diseased status(major defile) for 4 seconds.
