It is much easy to sell gold on special services with real money and then buy crowns by this money. There are a lot of services which allow you to sell or buy ingame gold.
If you dont use bots I dont think any problems about selling gold with real money.

You may not see a problem with it but you dont make the rules. Sell gold for money equals a ban. Gold sellers are only below hackers as the scum of online gaming.

Unless they are buying carries and not gold. The only place where that is not possible would be Maelstrom.
