So I was thinking with all the new updates and DLCs that the games is coming up with soon, ZOS, you guys should have a "Set Design Contest." Where players can submit set ideas, or even designing a dungeon and new monster helm set. For example:
Armor of the Immovable Brute [Heavy Armor]
(2 Piece) Increase Stamina
(3 Piece) Increase Stamina Recovery
(4 Piece) Increase Stamina Recovery
(5 Piece) When you are hit with a move that Stuns, Immobilizes or Fears you, a 15% chance that the effect will not occur, but you have Minor Snare at all times, reducing movement speed by 15%.
