I got my crates... got a riding lesson, a bunch of crap and a red glowy senche cub.

My rewards from the crown crates were rather anti-climactic but the important thing is that they were received.

That’s what I got too, potions and junk to turn into gems. I never had such bad luck before on my crates.

Those items are literally all that's in these particular crates.

You've gotta have really good RNG to get the 1 senche and 1 senche cub that are the 'elite' rewards. That's all these crates contain. They're more of a free way to get crown gems than anything else.

Got a wolf (thanks- very cool), but no crates? Do some people get these later than others? Or do I have to do something else to make them show up in Pacrooti''s inventory?

same here but I don't know if I received the mount since I already had it, what I did receive was the e-mail and what I did not receive was the crown crates

I've sent a support ticket to why I didn't get my crates but.. it didn't need to end up as a ticket.

Finally received the crates. Nothing of interest in them except the usual crap. But I got 25 gems at least.

I got my crates this morning! (got the ice wolf mount yesterday).

I'm not going to have a meltdown, what I will say is that I've been playing since ps4 launch. and after all this time I am finally getting a bit salty about all this. I would love to have a real conversation with the ESO dev team, as I am a software developer myself. What gives with the non stop issues? it took weeks to fix bloodroot forge. many bugs and issues are still not resolved (such as hel ra). I still have yet to get my crates despite it being 22 hours since I got the email. oh and when my ps4 broke for the second time and I made the jump to PC I emailed zenimax and asked them if I could have just 1 little mount back as I was losing everything I ever purchased and they told me no, you can not even have just 1 mount. so lets summarize, as a customer/user of the game I can honestly say I firmly believe I am nothing but a dollar sign. I've been waiting patiently for these crates and after sleeping on the issue I find myself asking if I should even bother to renew my membership because i'm sure the next month will be just as full of let downs and ignored customer wishes. I love the game but the customer service needs a serious overhaul, and should not be so difficult to speak to. any ticket I submit gets an automated reply. at what point am I entitled to real human interaction with zenimax?
