I have a PC account. I watched the Bethesda E3 showcase on Twitch on my console (xbox) Am I eligible for the mount and crates?

Well they said you have to access the extension to get the reward. However not everyone is tech-savvy enough to enable the compatible extension for web-browser.

@PraeliatorPNW They said next 12 to 24 hours.

Tip: If you click the little [Z] icon next to a thread, it will take you directly to the first staff comment (then you can click the > to view the next one if you want). Just makes it easier to find what the staff says without having to scroll through every page.

My rewards from the crown crates were rather anti-climactic but the important thing is that they were received.

That’s what I got too, potions and junk to turn into gems. I never had such bad luck before on my crates.

Those items are literally all that's in these particular crates.

You've gotta have really good RNG to get the 1 senche and 1 senche cub that are the 'elite' rewards. That's all these crates contain. They're more of a free way to get crown gems than anything else.

Same here My fiancé got his mount and crates but I've only got the mount.

Finally received the crates. Nothing of interest in them except the usual crap. But I got 25 gems at least.

I'm not going to have a meltdown, what I will say is that I've been playing since ps4 launch. and after all this time I am finally getting a bit salty about all this. I would love to have a real conversation with the ESO dev team, as I am a software developer myself. What gives with the non stop issues? it took weeks to fix bloodroot forge. many bugs and issues are still not resolved (such as hel ra). I still have yet to get my crates despite it being 22 hours since I got the email. oh and when my ps4 broke for the second time and I made the jump to PC I emailed zenimax and asked them if I could have just 1 little mount back as I was losing everything I ever purchased and they told me no, you can not even have just 1 mount. so lets summarize, as a customer/user of the game I can honestly say I firmly believe I am nothing but a dollar sign. I've been waiting patiently for these crates and after sleeping on the issue I find myself asking if I should even bother to renew my membership because i'm sure the next month will be just as full of let downs and ignored customer wishes. I love the game but the customer service needs a serious overhaul, and should not be so difficult to speak to. any ticket I submit gets an automated reply. at what point am I entitled to real human interaction with zenimax?
