Twitch Drops, Broken Extension and E3

I verified ahead of time that my accounts were linked. I helped my kid link his accounts and he already got his mount, so I know I did it correctly. I was logged on and accessed the extension. And yet - no email. No mount. No crates. >:(Edited by mvgallo on June 13, 2018 7:36PM0 -

✭I take it people are not reading all the posts here. It has been addressed it can take up to now and 24 hours to get your crown crates.
I got my mount no crates, came here, made a post about it and afterwards a few others made a post and Someone replied saying it will take about 24 hours. I went back to playing and got my crates as I was playing so the crates are coming out now.

BTW, for those who didn't see the B3 extension in Twitch: I watched the show fullscreen on my smart TV, but watched/participated in the quizzes etc on my Android phone (ie TV=no chat window, no video chat ONLY on my Android phone using Twitch app) and I saw all the quizzy stuff on the phone just fine.
Now, let me pray to RNGeezuz for the Twitch mount and/or cub pet....Playing on PC/NA---UserID=Threemoons--usually on nights, weekends0 -

My goodness...check out the level of response from the Devs on this issue. 7 or 8 replies here and other replies from other devs on different threads opened for this same issue.
Too bad we can't get this type of communication on issues that effect the whole community when it's something broken that we've all paid for.

Can you show me one single post from a dev in this thread? Jessica is a Community Manager, so she doesn't count.its only poisons,potions and mimic stones in the crates. Free Gems though so cant really complain. thanks for the ice wolf, looks cool. get it. cool.

These Ouroboros Crates contain only consumables, a senche cub pet and a senche mount, and both senches are very, very rare.0 -

ESO+ does not cover optional promotional material acquired outside the game, as ZOS cannot guarantee promotional material across all platforms or for all countries.
If you're still able to allocate points based on inapplicable terms and conditions, then it's probably not a reliable points system.signing off1 -

I watched the whole E3 presentation, I even told a friend what he needed to do to get the mount, create Bethesda account, link to twitch, link to ESO account, we both watched and talked about the preentation while was being streamed.
He got the mount and I havent got any mail or anything. Do I have to wait until the 15th?

Sweetpea704✭✭✭✭I received both the wolf and the crates about one hour ago. My wife only has the wolf, but she's still waiting for the crates.
BTW, I got 5 crates of potions, poisons and mimic stones and one exp scroll. I converted everything to gems. lol
Oh well, I got the wolf which I wanted anyway.
That’s what I got too, potions and junk to turn into gems. I never had such bad luck before on my crates.0
