I was sceptic about Summerset, but it blew my mind 
next suggestion is to release a "house" like CH one, same size, same price, but an empty (flat!) island with just sand, no rocks no grass.

Asha_11_ESO✭✭✭I'd love to have 'blank' plots from a variety of different zones to create a home from scratch. And a few mass landscaping 'furnishings' to go with it. E.g. meadow of grass, mass ground cover, rocky overcrop or small hill.
