There is waaaay more going on in the game than any one person can comprehend. Be understanding that in addition to meeting content deadlines set by higher ups they also have to keep the game working. And it's not as easy as hiring more people to do this as if you've every had the pleasure of deciphering code you might realize that its like trying to untangle a bunch of knots you've never seen before. The most proactive thing you can do is to submit tickets with issues that you have found. It's out of your hands after that and you'll have to trust the devs to do their best. If you truly don't believe that your standards are being met to your reasonable satisfaction, maybe it's time to find another hobby.
