every single week you guys take the servers down for maintenance and rarely do ANYTHING useful such as fixing issues with broken sets, literally the only MMO i know that waits until the major patch to touch anything that they broke, start taking the time to fix broken sets and actual bugs please! @ZOS_GinaBruno@ZOS_Wrobel@ZOS_JessicaFolsom
There, there now. The game is a crashing mess right now and the poor guys on console are freezing. Most of the staff is at the E3. So don't get your hopes up that anything will be done about 'broken' sets soon.

you missed my point
my point is they never fix broken sets or bugs, they fix issues only when they become completely unplayable such as non stop crashing
So you think it's as easy as flipping a fix it switch in the few hours of server downtime that makes all the bugs go away? There is waaaay more going on in the game than any one person can comprehend. Be understanding that in addition to meeting content deadlines set by higher ups they also have to keep the game working. And it's not as easy as hiring more people to do this as if you've every had the pleasure of deciphering code you might realize that its like trying to untangle a bunch of knots you've never seen before. The most proactive thing you can do is to submit tickets with issues that you have found. It's out of your hands after that and you'll have to trust the devs to do their best. If you truly don't believe that your standards are being met to your reasonable satisfaction, maybe it's time to find another hobby.
We've got way bigger performance issues to be concerned with.
Lag, major loss of fps, load screens, bar swapping, abilities not casting on time, dysnc with cc leading to horrible break free timing. Just name name a few on console.
