Suggestion for eos about the imperial and preorder edition items

Instead of making them a one time use, and this problem happening about deletion etc...
Make them character bound each item so you cant trade them, and for every character you make you get a new set mailed to you...
New character, new treasure maps for the gear for that toon,
New Character, new rings to get your xp with with that toon
etc etc etc
