If I interpreted well seeing this statue in game, it was Auri-El (face) and Xarxes (back)

The former brings the divinity of the elves
he holds the sun (source of light and magics, metaphorical way to aether)
it's quite identical to TES4 statue at the Snow Elves' https://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Auri-El?file=Auriel_statue.png

The latter writes the myth for the myth itself becoming "truth"
he holds the book (symbol of the lore / canon)
