WRONG. I am ENTITLED to services PAID for. I pay to play this game, I am ENTITLED to have access to this game.
You want to free load, go right ahead, you then are entitled to NOTHING.

You are entitled to nothing.
If you want compensation, use a service and bargain a contract which allows for compensations to be demanded, and if demands not met, taken to court.
Hmm... We may not be legally entitled to compensation, but I think a small compensatory gift would be a nice PR move.

Read the terms carefully. Corporate lawyers cost a lot. Think about it, it's been written very carefully in a way that "technical difficulties" are coded in to happen and all you get is puppy eyes and a shrug. Unfortunately basically everything can be considered a technical difficulty... and because no lives were in danger, it's a very slim chance to sue for anything basically.
So yeah. Go and play something else.

Well, you are certainly entitled to your opinion.
But your entitlement won't make them fix it any faster. There is no way around it. There's a problem, it needs to be fixed and them wasting time trying to soothe everyone here will just slow that down even more.

I rather doubt that the one posting updates would be the same person fixing the problem to begin with, so I'm not sure how you think it would slow them down any.

Soothe everyone? Where? I only see a red banner that's been hanging for 5 hours, as others say. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯redshirt_49 wrote: »There's a problem, it needs to be fixed and them wasting time trying to soothe everyone here will just slow that down even more.

Hi @Wintergreen!
I think, like linux, mac installs the games separate to the install and in your users folder. If you go to /Users/<your user name>/Library/Application Support you should see a steam folder in there. From there I *think* it will be like on windows,
Steam/SteamApps/common/Zenimax Online/The Elder Scrolls Online/game/client/eso64...
Let me know if you find it ok!
