Haenk✭✭✭✭Well, I deconned about 20 "zero value" rings from urns yesterday (after patching; PC), that gave enough inspiration to gain about half a level (10.5 to 11).
So loot urns, while you can (i.e. JC is below, let's say level 15), the inspiration is there, but not a lot of it.0
