How to get jewelry with bloodthirsty trait?
According to ZOS's guide on jewelry crafting it says this:
"Necklaces and rings with the Bloodthirsty Trait have a chance to be awarded as part of the regular rewards for completing weekly Trial quests."
As someone who has only run normal trials every now and then what exactly do I have to do to get a necklace and ring with the bloodthirsty trait? Do I have to do the weekly trial shown on the leader boards? Do I have to run it on veteran hard mode? Do I have to place on the leader boards? Do I have to wait to see if I get one as a reward in the mail? Is it character bound? Can I buy one at a guild store and forgo doing the trial? What exactly is a "regular reward"?
Thanks to anyone who helps me understand how to do this as I am not completely familiar with the trials aspect of ESO. I want to eventually have every trait researched so I am curious how difficult this is to achieve.
