How to get jewelry with bloodthirsty trait?

According to ZOS's guide on jewelry crafting it says this:

"Necklaces and rings with the Bloodthirsty Trait have a chance to be awarded as part of the regular rewards for completing weekly Trial quests."

As someone who has only run normal trials every now and then what exactly do I have to do to get a necklace and ring with the bloodthirsty trait? Do I have to do the weekly trial shown on the leader boards? Do I have to run it on veteran hard mode? Do I have to place on the leader boards? Do I have to wait to see if I get one as a reward in the mail? Is it character bound? Can I buy one at a guild store and forgo doing the trial? What exactly is a "regular reward"?

Thanks to anyone who helps me understand how to do this as I am not completely familiar with the trials aspect of ESO. I want to eventually have every trait researched so I am curious how difficult this is to achieve.

Bloodthirsty Jewelry and the traitstone can be found in the coffer you get after completing the trial quest. It is weekly, because you can only get one coffer per trial per character per week. Those coffers do also drop on normal difficulty. So you can just run normal trials for the coffer. If you have lucky RNG you might get the exemplary bloothristy jewelry, if not so lucky you will get the traitstone; then you can ask a nice person to craft you a piece for research.

Thanks for the suggestion guys. Never knew the coffers dropped once per week per trial. I guess I should do more trials. I did get a trait stone from a coffer when I did Clourest the other day so I will try and see if I get a jewelry item in one of the trials or keep an eye out for someone to craft a piece to research.
