So I finally received my Physical Collecters Edition for the Xbox One. After some delay. I received all my goodies except the Senche Mount.
Any other people experiencing the same problem?

If I could, I'd gladly give you mine.
I don't like it. It looks half done and it's ugly. The total black "fur" makes the mount look like a cartoon.
When compared to the Nightmare horse, it's clearly evident there was a cut in the art department.

I haven't gotten mine either.
The store said the code is in the box, but it wasn't. They could not provide a new code.
I have proof i pre-ordered because the summerset code was entered 2 days before early access and i have the receipt.
I made a ticket, but have not gotten any reply.

I ordered it from a Dutch website Bol.com. If you want to order it in the Netherlands the eso website shows that shop. According to them they didn't receive any codes. I received all items except for the Senche Mount.0 -

I pre-ordered my physical collector's edition on March 29th from Newegg.
I received the package in the mail June 5th.
I entered the only code that I could find in box, emails, or anywhere. I was relieved as the canadian retailers were inconsistent with advertising the dlc, as ebgames for example only advertised the nightmare senche, bestbuy only queens bounty, amazon canada advertised no pre order dlc.0 -

My local GameStop said their company wasn't doing the physical CE for Summerset.
It wasn't even listed on the GameStop website. That is why I turned to Amazon, but ultimately decided to pre-order and purchase through Newegg.

What e-mail did you contact Amazon at? I go to their website and can't find an e-mail for customer support.

flynn420✭✭✭I opened a ticket in game about this on Wednesday. I received a reply that night saying the code should be in an email from amazon blah blah blah. The email also said if it was not in the email from amazon to submit proof of purchase and gave directions on how to do so. I submitted my proof of purchase that night.
This afternoon I received an email from support saying that the mount should be available to me the next time I log in.
I wont know for a few hours if the mount will be available to me now, but it seems promising. Perhaps those who are missing the mount want to open a ticket in game and go from there.0
