Major stuttering in cities, its like Wrothgar all over again.

Also funny thing. On a street in Alinor is this invisible force that blocks you. It looks like youre walking in place when pressing against it.

I can’t even play. I’m slammed with a UI error once my character loads. Once it goes away, I am stuck there. Can’t move, can’t open menus, can’t do anything. Have tried everything to get this to work. Deleted saved data, restarted my console, hard reset even twice, nothing work. All my updates/patches are installed. Says no updates available.

Had the same lags, many people have been reporting as well.
However, zoning into cloudrest trial rewarded me with freezes. I couldn’t do anything at all, so I had to force quit the game. After a few attempts, I wasn’t even able to login my character.
A restart of the console fixed it though.

I literally spawned up in a wayshrine, and the entire game was checkers board under my feet... my character couldn’t move or open up the menu.

This has happened 2 times as my first 4 hours playing the new chapter.

Lag glitches, also had damages and healing glitch out as well, although I think it looks more like a stutter than a lag, and oh yeah my character's eyes are cross.
Seems critical damages with any damage boost acts up for me.
