I believe that Jewelcrafting should work like Blacksmithing, Woodworking and Clothing meaning that when you refine the raw material you immediately have a chance to aquire the improvement material. As it works right now we need to refine the raw material to gain the "powder" and then refine the powder to gain the final improvement material and it is breaking the meaning of having jewelcrafting. I've purchased Summerset expansion mainly to have this crafting tree, and now i've discovered that it is useless and expensive. I'm thinking about ask for a refund.
