Khajiit hair changes colors when changing hairstyles

My Khajiit has white body fur with strawberry blonde hair. If I equip any "khajiit only" hairstyles, the color stays the same. If I equip any "all race" styles, my hair turns grey, even the ones with red or blue streaks. The streaks are the approiate color but the base hair changes to grey.
