Originally, it was a blue motif. I remember people trading that with the other nine blue motifs during the very first days, before we knew that it was more rare (I'm actually not even 100% sure that it was, but I have a vague memory of its price rising pretty sharply after a short while). Still didn't get it then, but I think I found five or six of them during the following two years. All before Homestead, and only from looting non-chest containers. My "peak luck" in this game was probably one evening when I did a single search through the inn at Rawl'kha, just before a run in Dragonstar, where I found one upstairs, and immediately after the arena I ported back to Rawl and found another one in the same room as the first one, just after clearing inventory at the bank. The tank in the group just logged off and refused to talk to me for the next day.

I have found it three times in about a year and a half. I used the first one myself and then got about 100k each for the other two.
