I was one of those players saying Sload's is fine in the last couple of days... Seeing as it never ever has done much harm to me... Until recently.
Me saying this... was me never encountering what I'm about to share here... This is absolutely ridiculous and completely gamebreaking in Battlegrounds.
Not only that but this has completely destroyed PVP as it is. Nowadays everyone just runs the same proc set, over and over and over and there is absolutely no room for skill or even variety.
This right here has officialy, today, made me want to stop playing. Simply because there is nothing fun in this, there is nothing interesting, nothing new. It's all get a different set and hope Sload's doesn't proc. Actually... This has now become a game of... who procs what first, wins first.
Any of you care to tell me how would you play in a situation like this? Even as a max health recovery tank I can't see you surviving this. It's NOT JUST Sload. Keep in mind that players get to attack you at the same time as this keeps ticking. My sincere apologies again for ever daring to say that this set was just fine and that you can build around it.
EDIT: On another note, while in this situation multiple opponents use this set. I have more than a 100 times seen this proc over 3 times in a row from just one person. It's the fact that all incoming damage procs this, direct, aoe, dot, anything. This can literally proc 2 times from a single light attack and a single dot. Not to mention it's supposed to be 10%, yet it procs like if it was 50% due to all the effects that can stack up, that activate it.
ZOS, some words on this would be nice.

They never should have put stamina and weapon damage bonuses on it. Builds that are already overpowered to begin with are running it the most. If it had been magicka only, at least it would have been balanced against stam builds who already have Shield Breaker.#CAREBEARMASTERRACE3 -

How would this be any different? You'd have the exact same results anyway. Magicka set or not... What, you actually naively believe that people would give up so much free unmitigated damage for a bunch of underperforming stamina attributes? Get out...

Each tick is 853 per second. So the first line would be 7 seconds worth ie 7* 853 = 5768. Same with the second line etc..
I think what the OP is showing is multiple opponents using the same set at the same time? In which case 5768 damage over 7 seconds is not that much.
The problem is that it is Oblivion damage, which you can not mitigate in any way.2 -

The cooldown is suppose to be 6 seconds. If it is not working then we may have the real reason that this set is over performing in many peoples eyes.
Or the fact that it is any damage, so it procs nearly immediately on CD.
I think a 10s CD would be good. Honestly though, a guaranteed 5700 damage every 6 seconds doesn't seem that big to me. Of course for cloaking NB's this would be more of an issue.Edited by danno8 on June 1, 2018 1:23PM0 -

✭Increase the cool-down, make it proc only by certain types of damage, make it not stack with other players, or reduce damage in in PvP against other players.
