How to unlink ESO account from steam account

Is there a way to unlink my ESO account from my steam account if the link was done over 7 days ago?

I am aware of the Web Assistant. However the Web Assistant does not allow me to click "Next" if it was more than seven days and thus send a ticket for this. The issue is similar to this thread:
