I'm playing the purchased version of summerst Isle and I'm trapped in a wall. "get me unstuck" is not working please help!

If you have a Home, you can try porting to that. It worked for me when one of my chars got stuck in a dungeon cliff-face.
I did have to enter the dungeon again but at least that was better than having to cancel the whole sequence of quests.
