How do you get spinners rings in purple? I've been doing the anchors for ages now only getting blue i would say I've done about 35 so far...

    Totally RNG. Your chances for increased quality from chests (including dolmen chest) improve with spending 75 Champion Points in Lady tree to unlock "Treasure Hunter" passive.

    Give it some time, you'll get one eventually via RNG. Alternatively, get one post Summerset DLC (so you'll have to wait on console) and improve it with jewelry crafting.
