Reported this major bug during the PTS .
Basicly if you use Onehand and shield with werewolf , the CP Physical Weapon Expert will NOT give a damage boost to your light attacks.

I had such high hopes about returning to playing a werewolf. I was hoping for this. Everything about my future in ESO was riding on it, because I just love werewolves and it's all I've ever wanted. I had loads of fun with werewolves in the single player titles. As it is, with Skyrim Together along with Skywind/Skyblivion on the horizon? I'll probably be going that way for my co-op werewolf shenanigans.
It could've been so great, ZOS. Now was the time to really win over werewolf players. The sound of the ball being dropped here was enough to crack the earth from vibrations alone, and now everyone's deaf to boot.

Hmm. Has anyone ever tried to see whether either of the CP light attack buff increases damage with an ice staff equipped? Perhaps the sword and shield is for some reason being buffed by the one that increases stave damage for some bizarre reason...0 -
