Nightmare Senche Mount support ticket getting copy paste replies...

seriously, i had 2 tickets opened with the same issue, the first one made on the launch day and the second one made with ZOS's precise instructions on how to get the mount if the retailer didn't have codes... Both of them got copy paste replies and after asking for further assistance the same reply was pasted yet again. Is this a joke? Why am i even paying a sub for at this point

    I have the same problem as well. Cannot obtain retailer's receipt code. Asked the support and got 1x auto-reply. Waiting for the human response. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Keep at it guys. I had to go back and forth between the support and the seller before I got everything I was supposed to get. Support came through in the end, don't let the automated replies stop you.
