So, in the early days of ESO, customer service was sometimes helpful, sometimes not, but always frustrating.
I recently made a mistake that essentially resulted in 750 master writ vouchers being tossed into the toilet. Totally my bad. could have been avoided by simply refreshing my memory.
It was a sizeable enough loss that I decided to submit a ticket, which in hindsight was odd. Due to my previous experiences with ZoS customer service, I expected either a simple rejection or a series of requests for completely irrelevant information. At which point I would have just stopped interacting with the service rep and been disgruntled for a few days.
To my surprise and delight, they returned the vouchers within a very short period of time, no fuss no muss.
Kudos to the new customer service experience!
