Yeah paying £8.99 a month for this is terrible customer support and honestly worst experience I've ever had on a game. Seriously thinking of moving to pc to play wow0

Yeah! weapon swap really is extremely buggy right now. Especially in trials where you cant see *** anyway.Eso since Xbox launch and switched over to pc 1/2019.0 -
You do no if you complain to xbox support you can get refunded you're esp plus payment for the month0

✭It's frustrating people not only because it is happening so often at the moment, but because ZOS are literally telling us nothing about the situation.
If you speak to customer support they tell you that they're unaware of any server issues, even when the forums are plastered with it.
We're not asking for the keys to paradise here, but a little bit of clarification as to why it's only our server that keeps having this issue would be nice and would probably alleviate some of the anger/frustration.Dark Flare is the Beginning, Radiant is the End. Hail the Light Bringers!2 -

I just got my eso plus cancled and refunded to me. Maybe when they decide to fix the server instead of Messing around I'll come back1 -

I'm pretty positively quitting this game, I've had enough with these "issues", and the way they are handled - like some top secret Soviet fatal nuclear malfunctions. Dunno what I'll do instead, read I guess. Bye for now...2 -

Bonzodog01✭✭✭✭✭This doesn't feel like a server problem as such. I think they've been attacked. I mean, akamai (the CDN/host) have excellent mitigation, but I did notice a massive server slowdown about 20 minutes before it hit the wall. Also, thinking on the whole skin glitching thing, I suspect they banned a bot master or two and they have retaliated in some fashion.
