Launcher wont start

Maintenance for the week of April 7:
• PC/Mac: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 7, 4:00AM EDT (8:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – April 7, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EDT (22:00 UTC)
• ESO Store for maintenance – April 10, 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC) - 3:00PM EDT (19:00 UTC)

hello

I just downloaded ESO instaler and so far i only managed to instal launcher. But when itry to run launcher i doest nothing! Only thing that happen is that little ESO icon appear in tray for a while...

I allready tried disabling firewall,antivirus,proxy settings and all other programs... Checked all required software like direct X, net framework etc...
Running as admin.

It is strange, my ESO beta works very well :(

btw: I have Windows 7 64-bit

    got the same problem at times, if I start it, it does start but dont show up or it wont start at all, or it is real slow, sometimes I have to shut it down again and restart it and it works.

    launcher gets stuck on loading applications, launcher get stuck and only shows a black window.

    this is whit windows 8.1

    I was Stymied for 3 days with that. Uninstalled everything and tried starting fresh. No luck.

    I updated my video driver and ran malwarebytes . Finally downloading the program. Going slow, but it's going. Try malwarebytes.
