• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – March 9, 8:00 UTC (4:00AM EDT) - 16:00 UTC (12:00PM EDT)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 11, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 1:00PM EDT (17:00 UTC)

At this moment I am unable to login on my account.
When i tried to login to my account in game i get a message my password is wrong or my account is inactive.
I typed my password in notes and copy pasted it so i know it's not a misstyped password. Inactive account? i have a recurring plus subscription.

Trying to reset password gives me: cannot reset password at this time.

I have no idea what is wrong or going on at the moment.

Help would be very much appreciated.

    I just got kicked out of the game and am having the exact same issue. I also can't log into my account here.

    keep saying Login failed

    now the account screen says 'performing maintenance'.

    Same here, I got the message There was a problem processing your request, please try again! on the website and in the game client see screenshot
