Stuck on Requesting Character load and boots me out

I redownloaded eso to play for the new expansion and can't load my characters into the world. I can click on my character and will get stuck on requesting character load then proceeds to boot me out and says "error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and log in again." It has been doing this to me for a few days now.

Anyone else having this problem?

If you are getting booted with the message "error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and log in again." please try the troubleshooting found in this thread. If you still get this error message after disabling your add-ons please let us know.

@ZOS_BillE I am having the same problem PC/EU , I tried this, but it did not work for me! I still can't load my characters
