One suggestion: Swap the servers.
Other suggestion, give for every hour of downtime some gift. (useless Crown Crates maybe)
Other suggestion, give extra days on subscription - maybe 3 days for one day of downtime.

Kessra✭✭✭I was able to play after the server went off the first time though I couln't interact with one of the 4 stones near one of the bosses (for the daily quest) so I relogged - bad mistake, bad ... now I'm stuck in the endless-loop of character screen trying to enter the world

Getting the same here. Can't swap characters now as it gets to area loading screen then kicks you back to character selection.0
