    What i dont understand is, why the EU Server has often issues and the american works fine.

    One suggestion: Swap the servers.

    Other suggestion, give for every hour of downtime some gift. (useless Crown Crates maybe)
    Other suggestion, give extra days on subscription - maybe 3 days for one day of downtime.

    At least you don't live in the #1 Rural USA where I am still watching the download progress bar. Don't believe the hype. We don't have transit and we have awful internet unless you live in one of the over packed cities. But our pres has pretty hair. At least he thinks so. :neutral:

    Hi, now i can log in but is like i am off line, and everyone in all the guildes are offline; i cant use guild chat and wisp chat. Fix asap please

    While starting the launcher, "Updating Applications List" took a few seconds longer than usual, and now I'm able to log in again! :smiley:

    It can be noted that though the client lags every 10 seconds-ish for some periodes, friends and guildie appears as online, and chat can be used.

    Well it was a fun 15 minutes to play the new chapter =(

    I was able to play after the server went off the first time though I couln't interact with one of the 4 stones near one of the bosses (for the daily quest) so I relogged - bad mistake, bad ... now I'm stuck in the endless-loop of character screen trying to enter the world :/

    Getting the same here. Can't swap characters now as it gets to area loading screen then kicks you back to character selection.
