Missing Crowncrates??

I'm a bit confused, shouldn't we get 3 Crowncrates, when we preordert the Collecters Edition?? Or do i remember wrong? Because i got only 1 Crate but my Addon showed me that i got 3. So I'm very confused. Let me know if I missunderstood
