Pre Ordered Summerset, wheres my stuff?

Pre ordered Summerset. Confirmed with bank 3 times that payment went through. No confirmation email or billing history update. No response to my ticket in 24 hrs. I don't want to get refunded due to a screw up in your end and not get my pre ordered items. What do?

The only item you get before launch is the nightmare senche (and access the Morrowind Chapter if you don’t already have it).

Everything else you’ll get when Summersett goes live.

1. if you purchased the digital version directly from ESO log into your account to see if you have it. It should show on the account summary page in the upper right that you have Summerset.

2. if you purchased your upgrade from a 3rd party then you need to take it up with them, not Zos.

I bought it directly from the website. It's not showing up in my billing history nor have they sent me a confirmation email. However, my bank statement indicates the payment has went through
