Pre Ordered Summerset, wheres my stuff?

Pre ordered Summerset. Confirmed with bank 3 times that payment went through. No confirmation email or billing history update. No response to my ticket in 24 hrs. I don't want to get refunded due to a screw up in your end and not get my pre ordered items. What do?

You should have gotten the nightmare senche immediately. the rest you get when Summerset drops.

If you aren't getting anything at all, I'd try posting your ticket here as well.

I have not received the Senche, and my billing history hasn't been updated on my ESO account via the website. My ticket #is #180518-001532.

I'm afraid to renew my ESO plus that's running out today in fear of them taking my money for that too and not giving me what I payed for. I'm just gonna take a leave from the game until this is resolved. I posted on that thread, hopefully they'll see it
