Im still in awe of the narcissism presented here, I mean anyone would think that you guys are the only ones in the world who paid for the game and enjoy playing it. I still am yet to see an answer to the question thats been posed to you lot over a dozen times over the past few weeks both here and in whisper, which was, its 8pm our time, prime playing time for Australians, what do you expect us to do if not come into kyne and pvp? I mean seriously, why cant anyone answer this simple question?

That question has been answered a few times. Play in Vivec where there is population around the clock. That way you are in Cyrodiil and playing PvP at the same time. There have been numerous excuses made as to why Kyne is the only place you all can play, lag being the main excuse. People have been made fun of for playing PvDoor since the game launched. You are no exception.

Vivec... for beginners? seriously? we've told you before we are beginners.. with the exception of maybe 5 players who have taken our guild under their wing to teach us, the rest of our guild have been pvping for less than 5mths.. some for less than a month... you want players who dont yet have any cp toons, who are begninners, to go to vivec? maybe you missed that part about our guild being made up of beginners..

As for the lag, its real, and as I said already, we do have some members who do have cp toons and who go to sotha, but we cant go in prime time, i will record what my lag is like for you when we take a flag in the mornings usa time in kyne and you can watch it spike to 600ping and 10fps and then tell me exactly how it is I am to play vivec.. not everyone in australia can have fast internet and thousands of dollars worth of computers to play.. my computer is 8 years old and I only have adsl internet.. maybe when i can afford to upgrade my system will be able to handle vivec.. But we are doing what kyne is intended for.. beginners.

I also want to know, if you want us to go to vivec, why dont you? why dont you and gab and the dc that are playing in kyne in the mornings usa time go to vivec? how come they are allowed in kyne and we are not?

How much is the government paying you to lie to us about "austrailia"

Thats great, but you didnt explain how beginners with no cp are going to handle vivec... I mean what is kyne supposed to be? its a beginner zone right? then why cant beginners be there when they are awake and online?

I really think you are trying to make this more than it is, man.

As I understand it, you're running a large-ish group when nobody else is running. If you think that's valuable training, more power too you. Nobody (well, clearly a few people) really cares.

    It's all cyclical anyways.

That being said, if you actually want to train beginners to be better at PvP (that is, actually fighting players) you'd probably get better action splitting into groups of 4 and flooding nonvet battlegrounds in those hours.

I don't really care what the map look like anymore so you do you. But I totally agree with this statement. I was bad, like really really bad, until I started playing solo looking for fights 1v1 or 1vx. Challenging and pushing yourself is the only way to get better.

@ShenaniganSquad Just admit it. You play where you do with the population at that time because you like to win with your 10:1 odds. If you wanted any sort of challenge you’d go to Vivec, as many people have suggested. I’m not saying you’re wrong for doing it, as you’re just playing the game within the parameters set up by ZOS, but just accept that others see the negative affects of your guild’s decision and deal with it.

@Mihael , pretty much everyone does already. We’re just in here to slum it with people we used to play with/against.

And then there’s @ShenaniganSquad trying to claim that “Australia” is real.

@ShenaniganSquad It's true Australian prime time starts at roughly 8pm depending on where you live but it seems to me that when "prime time" is talked about it's US time.

We have Australians/NZ DC side, possibly 10, not enough to match your numbers and tbh when people log in and see the state of the map they do something else. This of course is not your fault DC is in a disarray atm and needs to organise. The good news is I have seen a few new people step up to lead. And can someone please tell me where all these EP have come from ?

Perhaps you could have Janessa add me to friends and I could use my charming personality to persuade a few of you guys over :) Emily and I will make you feel right at home.

Honestly, we only ever have between 8 - 15 guild members on at that time.. It seems that most people who keep saying we have huge numbers think that all the pugz belong to us.. they dont.. our guild has only 100 members, half of those log in maybe once a month, at any given time during a 24hr period we have maybe 20 members online, but not all are in pvp at the same time, some are lvling, doing writs, getting gear etc.. so at 8pm aussie time till around midnight aussie time our actual guild numbers are as above.. There are usually around the same amount of regulars logged into AD in kyne with us.. I am not responsible for these people, they are there to play as well, there is usually a group of pugz around the same number as we have.. so we dont have large numbers as it keeps on being stated.. and yes it annoys me getting whispers telling us that we should go play somewhere else. Thankyou for stating that its not my fault that DC doesnt have the same numbers at the time we play. People should stop projecting their frustrations with their own faction onto us.

As for the vivec comments.. I can not speak for anyone else in my guild, but for me there are several reasons as stated, least of which is that Im simply not good enough to play in vivec and Im quite happy to admit that. We do battlegrounds and we hold dueling nights to train and get better, so all the things people say to do, we already do and then we go into kyne for some win time. I do like winning, and there is nothing wrong with that.

I wouldn't suggest anyone going to Vivec. Vivec is a *** unplayable shitshow, even for those with a far better internet than Aussies (or should I say, government paid actors). If anything, people in Vivec should spread the pop to Shor to make 2 decent campaigns instead of 2 *** ones. For beginners with low CP, I'd stay clear of those 2 till you reach at least 300cp.
Sotha however, would be a good choice if Kyne is dead.

We shouldn't be discouraging people of playing PvP, we all know we need more people as it's been dying since last Mayhem event. If we had to blame anyone for that decline, it would be Zos whos really neglected Cyrodill. What improvement did we get in the 4 years this game been going? Towns and... that's it. Not even talking about the multiple bugs that I'm sure aren't even fixed to this day.

I don't like how the AD guild group just whispers you and cusses you out if you disagree with them/vocalize other ideas. Now, I do like finding the same AD guild group when I'm on my EP and having fun with them and DC at the same time. Especially when that AD group is sieging DC emp keeps.

Salty whispers aren't exclusive to AD faction. It's a great source of amusement, and I have some excellent fun trolling the academically challenged when I can be bothered to reply.

I really think Kyne has picked-up over the last week-or-two, and there hasn't been any PvDoor from what I've seen?
Just a shame that it's 11pm here in Perth WA, and I have to be up at 6am for work. Would love to stay on and face some really decent DC players to try and improve, but need to ensure I keep my job - how else would I pay my ESO+ ??

Fair play to Adenoma, who is a excellent player - probably got a bit of stick from AD zone chat, but that's most likely as a result of recent forum posts. Gabe is also a top player, but I suppose a little jaded from DC being a bit below par on numbers. It's cyclical - at the moment EP rule the roost. Your time will come.

Still think we all forget it's a game. A bit of passion is great, but I won't lose any sleep over PvP, or indeed any of the opinions here.

Yeah. Most of Kyne seems to be in the run snipe, always and repeatedly mark the same target, set up siege, stay on walls plan.

I dont know why but it's really been worse lately. It's not uncommon for me to be solo flagging a keep and dodging about 3 fire ballistas while 5 people are on the walls.

Suppose one of the reasons folks don't venture from the safety of the keep when three enemies are leaping about all over the place like prawns outside is that they're mostly Vamp NB.

I simply cannot play against them. You waste an inordinate amount of resources simply trying to find them, then they come out of stealth and hit like a train. If there's more than one it's futile. You may catch one with a detect pot (which only lasts about 6 seconds, and can be purged anyway) and if you can't kill immediately they disappear and come back at full health whilst you are on low resources. I then have to wait another 45 seconds cooldown before I hit another pot. Most of us are dead by that stage.

I know it takes great skill to play an NB at that level, but in Kyne with low/mismatched gear and potentially high ping fighting NB is seriously a waste of time.

Virtually ALL the top players in this forum who play Kyne are superb solo NB.
I'd like to give it a shot, but I'm simply not good enough.

Yeah nightblades are all over kyne atm which is why I love mark target. Its one of the only reasons I will bring my magnb to groups instead of solo. They do need better forms of reveal for kyne. Detect pots are expensive and short lived, mages light is easy to avoid, and no one runs flare.

What I see alot of now is snipe spam nbs. Way more than there used to be.
