Take a chill pill. We are all fortunate the game is running smoothly as it is. So take a break go to work/school/park/fish/etc while they fix actual game breaking issues like inventories disappearing.W3aP0n_V_Mag1C wrote: »I think ESO is an unbelievable game so far, and all new games especially games of this magnitude have teething problems. But when the customer spends their hard earned up front on pre order, and one of the benefits is early release, but the customer can not access due to the main NA Server being down due to maintenance for such a long period (x2 so far), yes I feel it would be right for ESO- ZOS to re-emberse the server down time and add it on to the original free 30 day period. Do you agree ?

Please stop White Knighting, it only makes people hate you and the game more.
I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that the retail price of the game changed after pre-orders went out. Care to provide a link?
You paid the exact same price as someone who will order the game on 4/4. The Explorer's Pack, Early Access, etc. were all free bonuses. You did not pay a cent more for them.
Like I said, pretending the early access wasn't a major selling point is silly to the point of being intentionally obtuse.
If you feel you must be like this, knock yourself out. Anyone with an ounce of common sense will know that you are just white knighting the game. What you guys fail to understand, is that with your blind and ultimately disingenuous defense of the game, you only turn people against it.

Did I say it wasn't a selling point? No.
I said that you didn't pay extra for it. If you purchase the game in 2 days, you'll pay the exact same price I did.
And quick clue, facts are much more useful than ad hominem attacks. Using phrases like "white knight" or "fanboy" tends to turn people off of your posts.
People paid extra because of the early access. Nothing ad hominem about what I said. You are being an incredible fanboy about this by refusing to acknowledge people absolutely paid more to get early access.
Quit it.
nerevarine1138 wrote: »Oh my Talos, stop it. There are already enough threads on a topic that shouldn't require any.
No, they shouldn't compensate us for maintenance time during an early access/launch phase of the game. No, you don't deserve anything special. No, you didn't pay anything extra for it. Stop it. Stop it right now.
Well, we kind of did pay extra for it. Suggesting the early access wasn't a major selling point would just be intentionally obtuse.
Please stop White Knighting, it only makes people hate you and the game more.No. What would they be reimbursing? The time you're being given is free to begin with.
So if they cancelled early access all together, you wouldn't have cared? It's just bonus right?
Stop with this disingenuous defense.
At this point if the servers come up, no big deal and everyone moves on. If it stretches into tonight...they are starting to have a problem.

So again, I'll have to ask: how much extra did you pay for early access?
The imperial addition was more expensive. So the difference between the two, I can't even remember.
Now you can pretend that the early access part of the deal is just a "bonus" despite being the reason a great many people purchased it.
Why do you guys do this? The game doesn't benefit from this moronic zealotry...

I pulled up the Digital Download from ZOS on both. So, after comparing these two Digital Downloads, can you tell me why you paid extra JUST for 5 days early access?

Pretty much. I thought the mount would be better, but that was a bad assumption on my part having never played the beta.
But still, that isn't the point. Even if you bought it for all the benefits, it was still a feature that was paid for. I mean is painfully obvious!
