What's with the white glow around undead and deadra, and how do I disable it?

For some reason, I now see a white 'smoky' effect around undead and deadra, and it's really distracting. I have a feeling that it may have something to do with Skilled Tracker in the Fighters Guild skill tree, since it only seems to affect those same monsters, but I don't remember seeing it before a few days ago. Any help much appreciated!

✭✭✭✭✭Do you have Evil Hunter slotted? I believe that highlights Undead/Daedra/Werewolves in the way you describe.8
