Where did you learn they are unobtainable?
NOT arguing; asking. Because I want to know how you know.

I wouldn't spread it around unless I have seen the blueprint for it being either in a guild trader or asking around for it and seeing someone link it.

I'm a recipe collector, I'm missing around 50 recipes (mostly Clockwork, 3 Ayleid and a handful Dwarven) for a full completion, I look for recipes on all the guild traders every day several times a day, not a SINGLE time have I seen these recipes for sale anywhere. Also, there are other recipe collectors on both EU and NA server, not a single one of us have seen these recipes for sale either, neither have we seen them listed via TTC.
In fact, recipe collectors, and addon authors, have marked these recipes as "rumour" recipes, that exist on the game's API for addons to catch, but do not appear to drop anywhere at all in the game. Several forum posters who collect recipes have also noted this.
Which leads to one of to conclusions - either ALL of us who hunt recipes dilligently, have simply failed to see and notice a single instance of these recipes, despite hunting recipes for more than a year now, or the recipes simply do not exist at the current time. I know which one I think is the more likely conclusion.
Time and time again people claim to have found some of the 25ish recipes that are currently unobtainable in the game, and time and time again they fail to deliver simple proof to back up their claims, such as a simple screenshot of the actual recipe item in the game, or a character that is able to craft said recipe. Linking a recipe in chat is not a proof, as that can easily be faked, as people have linked all sort of fake items simply by typing different number codes.
So, until someone actually provides a screenshot with proof that one of these ~25 rumour recipes are actually obtainable, it will remain false rumour to claim that they are.

Exactly like the garlic string. Another recipe that doesn't exist, at least not yet, despite some people having claimed the contrary, again with no proof to back up their claim.
ZOS has never revealed any furniture recipes or a list of them, they seem to think people enjoy the "mystery" of finding it out themselves, despite several of us being more than a bit frustrated about not even knowing whether some recipes drop at all. The thread I linked to in the PTS forum in my post above is a good example of this.

I've yet to see garlic string one for blueprint. But simply saying they don't exist just because you never seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exist... like people trying to say that inkwells and feathers don't exist... hate to burst it to ya but those do exist. I learned both of those myself.
I probably would say the same thing about the dark elf bed of coals but I've seen the blueprint for that as well.

You just keep lying even when people call you out on your BS. No you have not seen the recipe for the bed of coals. No you have not seen the chicken dinner recipes. And until you can prove either of your claims with screenshots, I suggest you stop repeating this fallacy.

Dark elf bed of coals has no furnishing plan, and is is not in the crown store... in fact, it is only available one way, and that is by buying the house that has the item in it with gold and then selling the item to a different player
Now before anyone asks ... i have taken the time to input each individual item code to see what plans exist. Which is over 140,000 with Summerset update, although i have a few more left to go, i do think i have accounted for all the newly added plans. Since i am only missing 2 plans that exist in the game (and i know the last 2 plans i need are obtainable), this is as accurate as it gets. (I dont have a fancy extractor, so guess and check is my approach). This does not include the upcoming 163 plans added with Summerset, as i do not yet know which are and are not obtainable out of the ones they added. The following is a breakdown of what is currently available in the game.
Blueprint: 484
Design: 200
Diagram: 313
Formula: 70
Pattern: 286
Praxis: 199
Sketches: 17
Total: 1569
The following plans exist in the game as an item, but have never been found, sold, traded, so on. If you can PROVE otherwise, please show me a picture of you standing at a crafting station with any of these items, in a non PTS sever (some do exist on the PTS).

Clockwork Control Panel, Double
Orcish Effigy, Bear

Please note that these are PLANS, and not the items, as some of these like the paper stack exist as items in the game that can be pickpocketed. Some of these, like the clockwork ones, actually had the items removed from the pts to the final version, and the old item codes no longer show the item that used to be there, however these at one point or another did exist as plans in the game.

Doesn't count. You can link item codes for things not even in game.

I think the "pics or it didn't happen" message isn't really getting through to you. Here's (one of a million ways) how it works: Install Craftstore Fixed addon, it contains a database of all (data mined) recipes. Find the recipe in the addon, any recipe, doesn't matter if you own it or not. Right click it to link it in chat. That's all it takes.
The design for "Pie Dish, Display" is obtainable. The one for "Pot Pie, Display" is obtainable. The diagram for "Pie Dish, Empty" is obtainable. Until you (or anyone else) posts actual proof, the design for "Pie, Display" is not.

Yeah the guy is simply spewing out all kinds of nonsense. He's seen the dark elf bed of coals recipe, the chicken dinner recipes and the pie display recipe. I'm sure it's just all of us others who are sorely mistaken - along with the rest of the megaservers.
It's like arguing with a wall, and I think I'm just about done here. The post from the PTS forum that I linked to, as well as the list made by Blacknight above, are the right lists of currently unobtainable furnishing recipes. Anyone claiming otherwise is flat out lying and spreading misinformation - nothing to see here but "fake news".

I still think you are full of it. This is coming from the north american server on xbox one... not pc and not pts. There are no guild trader item trackers there at all. Just because you haven't seen on your end doesn't mean it doesn't exist as an obtainable blueprint. You might get better results if you ask Gina perhaps or some other person that can actually do a real true inquiry if it is obtainable.
As for the "Pics or it didn't happen" thing you won't believe it either way, so consider those words as well.
