Queue confusion

I am new to Dungeons, I only have done too. Here’s my question.When I go to the Q and just wait on that page without moving, it seems like I get a dungeon pretty quickly. When I move off the screen and travel around, even though the status says in q , it seems never to connect. What’s the deal with moving off the waiting page?

✭✭✭✭✭I've never noticed that, but then, I main a tank so I get a fast queue 90% of the time regardless of whether I wait in the GF screen or not.0 -
SBC✭✭✭✭If you have waited more than 5 minutes, leave the queue and re-queue. For some reason that works for me.0
