Has anyone who has a good knowledge of their own rotation actually tested the MA changes yet?
Limiting it too direct damage is only a big nerf if you relied too heavily on AoE damage for it too proc. Direct damage is basically light weaves anyway...
Why ZOS don't buff the old sets but nerf the new set ?
The decent stuff comes in DLC areas. Thus a driver to make money / drive interest.
Agreed tho a review of the unknown sets would be sweet. And i for one am up for nerfing damage proc set cheese.
There is a major difference though between a proc that amplifies your character stats and a proc that does a great amount of damage. The latter just makes everything easier without any real action by the user (beyond farming that set).
ESO has the most crybabies out of any MMO I've ever played. You don't even lose anything when you die...literally....nothing. With the exception of Tel-Var in IC and the sewers, why do people even care if they die? Finding sets/builds to counter various other play styles and sets is generally a fun challenge. Instead you get people instantly and nonstop whining because they died to "cheese"...wtf did that even become a term. Half of these millenials are "cheesy ". Thanks to the whiners for all the nonstop nerfs. ESO would have a much larger population if it wasn't for all the nerfs and subpar core components of the game.

The main reason is power creep. If you constantly buff the weak in scaling game, then over time the average strength of characters will grow which will entail simplifying the content.
However, this is not an excuse for the fact that many sets have long ago been worth reconsidering.

I mean, if it's in the game, it's not cheese. Every set has a 5 piece that procs....every set is basically a proc set.
And usually the people who complain most about "cheese", are normally wearing "cheese" themselves. I use Velidreth...killed a player and got a whisper saying my cheesy set killed him. The thing about that, is that player was wearing Valkyn Skoria. The contradictions are REAL!
I've no problem beating players who are using proc sets. Almost all players use them in one shape or form. You learn to counter them, or you die. And you better get used to it, (you in the general sence, not personally)because more and more are being added.
There are countless old sets no people would like to use . You guys limited our choices exactly !
ZOS , could you spend sometime to review your BIG DATA ?
I feel so upset with the MA nerfing :'(
