Stuck in Ash Mountain after The Death of Balreth

As it says Im stuck in ash mountain after containing the spirit. I cant use /stuck, kills me and revives me in here and no portal is appearing to leave. I tried to log out and log back in; this causes the quest to ask me to talk to Mavos again and still no portal out is spawning. Any idea on how to fix this?

Have you tried teleporting to a waypoint on the map?

I had the same problem. Just open your Map and teleport out

well when I went back in game I restarted back where I was fine this time so no need to teleport, a bit of a small bugglet me thinks.
