Deep fissure(stun)
Streak(stun)
Snipe( if casted before LOS)
Caltrops

Pretty much any projectile ignores LOS if they leave the caster before the LOS block occurs (i.e. the target is in view, projectlie launches, target moves behind cover, projectile still hits).

Snipe (and dark flare, and crystal frags) don't go through LOS if you get behind cover during the cast time.

Defensive rune (stun) (if you get hit through the wall ofc)

Jabs used to be able to hit through doors at certain points.. Dont know if they fixed it..

^ defensive rune is a stretch, it's not a projectile. It just happens and rightly so id say.
