Should you be able to exchange radiant apex mounts?

So I been salty since November when I went and spent a lot of money trying to get the Frost Drugar Senche and instead got the Cinder Wolf. I asked ZOS if I could exchange the Cinder Wolf for the Frost Senche and they said no. Since then I been salty to the point I really just don't care about Radiant Apex mounts anymore. I shouldn't have in the first place but oh well. I saw no problem with asking to exchange one radiant apex mount for another in the same crown crate season (since heck, I know people who make fake excuses as to why they weren't able to buy a previous mount for sale no longer available and they let them have it). It's my one and only Radiant Apex mount and I hate it.

There is no reason for ZOS to allow exchanges such as this. They know that many whales will just keep coming back until they get what they want or burn out. You have been mathematically lumped into the burned out category, but don't worry. Still plenty of whales on the hook.

There are many issues with the crates and perhaps some more elegant solutions, but there was never any promise of an exchange and any expectation was all just hopeful dreaming.

How about NO RADIANT APEX rewards? I would LOVE if they only had rewards that could also be gotten for crown gems/crowns. I couldn't care less about exchanging the radiants because the whole system of having to rely on luck - gambling - is so terrible to begin with. At least with the crates generally you know there's a limit to how much you'll need to spend to get something.

It will NEVER happen. Because ZOS is in the money making business. Not the cater to players business. The ZOS business model with the Crown Store and everything in it is 100% focuses on money making. So, if you could exchange mounts, then that means ZOS is losing money, since you will just exchange instead of buying more.

Unless your idea involves making ZOS money, then forget about it.

They will tell you the absolute minimum required by law. Anything more than that might allow for informed decision making and they can't have that. Any RNG system that asks you for real money and doesn't give you the odds is shady stuff.

I'm not saying take away stuff. I'm saying make the radiant apexes into normal apexes, if just for all future rewards.

Yeah I have no problem with a 1 time exchange. Let it cost like 200 crowns or 20 gems if need be.

Restrict it to each season too, sure.

I dont buy the crates unless I have few extra crowns from a sale or eso+
I dont expect much, gems to get a cool pet tends to be my goal
but I got lucky and got an apex

Quite simply should be given an option to reroll the mount you received at the cost of a certain gold amount. That'll give the chance of getting the mount you want. Increasing costs each time.

For common maybe like 100 gold

Legendary maybe like 10,000 gold

Apex Radiants maybe like 100,000 gold.
