Lost on the Gloom

Greetings!
I am having trouble with the quest "Lost in the Gloom". On stage Defeat Wraith-of-Crows - I have killed Wraith-of-Crows but don't get the ill credit.
I have reset game, turned addon's off, used the game mechanics (lights during the fight), waited till after maintenance ,dropped quest several times etc and still no luck i re do and have same issue Just one one character, another has got pass the quest.
Anyone have same issue and or any luck or ideas to get passed issue?

Me too. I have killed the wraith of crows and got no credit for it. I have logged out and in to no avail. This quest is broken.
Further, I cannot open a bug report in the game. The submit button just never lights up. I can type in a paragraph and select anthing from the drop down and I am not allowed to submit the bug report.0
