Won't let me level up because of rewards

It's saying I have a unique item so I can not level up and I checked all my toons and none of them have it... I need this fixed please

If you are receiving the message that you can only have one of a unique item when attempting to claim your level 18 reward, check if you have the "Room to Spare" Housing Brochure in your inventory. If you do, delete the brochure and attempt to redeem your rewards from the Level Up Advisor.

If you continue to have any issues, please let us know so that we may continue to assist.

Level 18 reward I believe. I'm not on right now to check because I'm aggravated. But it kept saying I have it and I dont.. I sent 2 tickets already
