Level 18 reward bug

Hello, good day.

So, first thank you for the new leveling reward system.

That said, I just leveled up to 18 and cannt get the rewards and the error message is I cannot have more than one unique item. Now the only thing I could figure out is, it's offering dungeon finder (which I believe is normal mode) to offer Arx Corinium. I already have access to that and , well I think this is whats stopping me from getting the leveling rewards.

    My best guess is that it thinks you already have a storage coffer that it is offering. That is a unique item you can't have more than one of. There should be no situation where you already have one and are offered another one. Have you leveled to 18 on any other toons since the update?

    Well @redspecter23 , as you can see I recoorded this from the start of the game. You see all my characters on screen. However, this specific toon is a new one since the zenimax implementation of the leveling reward system.

    At first I thought is was the chest, so I went to my main home and checked. Then I went to Cpt Margrets house, or what ever its called, and unloaded the chest I had in my inventory in that house. Tried again, then turned the game off and started again.

    I mean the only one thing I can truly assume thats causing it, is it's offering me ark corinium or what ever the dungeon is when I already have access to it. Probably due to my first character having completed the entire game.

    I will bet even money, thats whats causing it. So now while playing, I have that message up on my screen all the time, even tho I just leveled to 19 now.


    EDIT:

    Level 20 now, and oddly enough since level 18 I haven't been getting attribute points either. So I can't level up my magicka health or stamina.

    If you are receiving the message that you can only have one of a unique item when attempting to claim your level 18 reward, check if you have the "Room to Spare" Housing Brochure in your inventory. If you do, delete the brochure and attempt to redeem your rewards from the Level Up Advisor.
