Possible to get a refund on morrowind?

Hi. I just came back to the game and used a 20usd card a friend gifted me to buy morrowind hoping to get summerset the next week or so, just to realise the summerset preorder came with it included at the price of 30usd.
Is there any way to reach out zenimax and ask for a refund ? What should i exactly do in such a case? Anyone with a similar experience?
I don't feel like buying summerset now for a total of 50usd even when is totally on me, i rather wait for it to go on sale, but sadly don't want to miss out the chapter lore or get spoiled, i have sent a message to ps store support under the dlc problems/refund tag. Is there anything else i could do?
Sadly i didnt check before buying (you know hype and all that stuff) and thats totally on me, so, ye hating myself pretty hard rn lol

Reach out to Sony, I'm xbox and MS refunded some.mistake purchases I made before.
Open a ticket in game too with ZOS.
